The main dishes are where Chilli excels. We have a large collection of traditional dishes such as Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Korma, Lamb Madras, Prawn Pathia and many others that are cooked with special sauce.
The house specialties show off Mr Rab's understanding of cooking from the four corners of India such as Lamb Coconut and Chillies from South India and Chef's Special Beef from the North. He is also specialized in Western Indian dishes that you will find in seafood section. Tandoori Monk Fish and Spicy Fricassee of Fruit De Mer are in his exotic collection.
